- Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. - Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. - Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. - Conveys a positive image of organization. 

The Scribe’s primary role is to support patient flow by assisting the Physician with documentation as it relates to the patient’s medical record, tracking of results, and documentation of the defined plan of care on patients of all age groups. Works collaboratively to support other healthcare providers to create a professional environment of care.
