The Biller is responsible for submitting claims to the appropriate intermediaries and to insure that procedures and charges are coded in compliance with all payers including Medi-Cal and/or Medicare regulations. Responsible for obtaining required authorizations necessary for the processing and payment of claims. The Biller is responsible for the follow-up and denial management as necessary for final resolution. Responsible to identify the various types of diagnosis and procedures codes (ICD9, CPT, HCPCS, DRG) as they relate to reimbursement. Communicates clearly and efficiently by phone and in person with clients and staff members. Maintains productivity standards and reports. Obtains updated demographic information and all necessary information needed to comply with the various Government Programs billing requirements. Operates computer to input follow up notes and retrieve collection and patient information. Maintains proficiency in Medical Terminology.

The Construction Manager will assist the CDC in supervising, managing and directing on-going construction projects for the organization. Will provide day to day coordination of construction projects, shall ensure that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed. Will assist the Facilities Department, as directed by the CDC, in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation.

Transcribes physician orders in the absence of CPOE and EMR clinical documentation system. Verifies that lab tests and radiology tests have been ordered and done. Prepares and compiles records in Med/ Surg/ Telemetry. Orders supplies for the unit and prepares and completes each patient's chart for necessary forms needed on a daily basis. Able to assist nursing staff with indirect patient care duties as long as the activity does not distract from primary responsibility for dysrhythmia monitoring. *Note: May provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of the RN within scope of Certified Nursing Assistant if 1) possesses active CNA certification; 2) demonstrates annual competency in CNA duties and skills and 3) is relieved of Monitor Technician duties during the time of assisting the RN.

Will meet schedule posting deadlines according to Hospital policy or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Schedules staff in the most productive and cost-effective manner, utilizing all the staffing strategies determined by the organization. Evaluates and revises as needed the daily staffing of departments including replacement of personnel due to paid time off, sick leave, leave of absence, and/or other unexpected circumstances. Obtains daily staffing needs from assigned departments at regular intervals throughout the shift and by way of active rounding in the units to make changes in real-time to flex, float, or fill-in gaps. Participates in the Hospital position control meetings, working with C-Suite to review schedules and staffing reports. Forecasts staffing needs so that emergencies in staffing are avoided.   Responsible for supporting the review and approval process for the Hospital to request supplemental agency personnel. Reviews contracted labor candidates presented to the Hospital in a timely manner to determine those who are qualified and submits to the CNO and Department Leadership for swift placement decision. Updates agency candidate orders in Vendor Management System (VMS). Ensures that all incoming agency personnel have complete compliance files in the VMS. In collaboration with Finance department, reconciles VMS invoices for hours and charges due to agencies. Establishes a pattern of agency reduction.

-  Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC), tailored to the specific   needs of cardiac surgery patients. -  Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments of cardiac surgery patients, including review of medical history, anesthesia risks,  and cardiac status evaluation. -  Monitor hemodynamic parameters, cardiac function, and intraoperative blood volume status during cardiac surgical procedures,   adjusting anesthesia levels and medications as necessary to optimize patient outcomes. -  Manage anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence phases with precision, ensuring hemodynamic stability and effective   pain control throughout the surgical procedure. -  Coordinate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and   seamless intraoperative management of cardiac surgery patients.

The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
